Situation: In a tough housing market, Pulte Homes of the Delaware Valley needed to find a fresh way to get new homebuyers to visit their communities. They chose to rely on a proven strategy, inviting potential buyers to come “Meet the Builders”. Creatively, they asked Havit to do it in an all-new way.
Solution: Rather than focusing on “slashed-pricing”, which ultimately creates a weaker brand value for Pulte, we took the high road. Because, after all, “Seeing is Believing”. Ads were focused on quality more than price, and we were able to extend the campaign into multiple vehicles – everything from online to point-of-sale in-community. Havit also helped develop on-location fliers that gave visitors a whole new understanding of why a Pulte Home is truly different.
Results: Roof-raising. Not only did this campaign beat last year’s traffic, but actual homes were sold across the Delaware Valley. Not only did we drive traffic, we helped drive the RIGHT traffic.
